Full Rescreens
The lifespan of most screens is usually about 10-15 years. Often times it makes more sense to replace all the screens at once than one by one. This is what we call a “full rescreen” and it is by far the most economical price per square foot.
Cable Replacement
Most screen enclosures are outfitted with structural cables that help hold down the enclosure during strong winds. It is important that these cables remain structurally sound.
Gutter Cleaning
It’s a dirty job, but I’m always ready to do it. When Gutters are not properly maintained, leaves and other debris can block water from escaping. Moisture tends to build up and that could mean bigger problems down the road.
